Very special villa with lots of room inside and outside. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to allow sufficient room for 12 persons. In winter months, the price is for up to 4 people. If more people come an extra fee will be asked.
The lounge / dining room has a cozy atmosphere with a bar. There is also a beautiful conservatory with lots of light and views of Mount Montgo.
The kitchen is very spacious with modern equipment.
There is satellite TV. Adsl / Wifi at extra cost.

The villa stands on a large plot of 2000 m² with beautiful old pine trees. There are shady and sunny terraces and a play ground. Obviously there is a pool and you will enjoy sea views. At the entrance is a covered terrace.

The distance to the center of Denia, supermarkets and beaches is approximately 3 km.
